I am a member at H&S solely because Thomas does such a marvelous job! I book with him well in advance because he is so popular because he is so good. He gives just the right pressure and lulls me to sleep even though I want to be awake to enjoy the massage.

Great atmosphere, great receptionists and Amazing Massage Therapists. Love the ability to gift 3 massages a year!

I've been before, but this second experience was off the charts. Jackie was the best. It was so much more than a massage. I learned so much helpful things to do to help my body.

I got a deep tissue massage from Donald and he was amazing!! I work 2 jobs and always very tense in my upper back and shoulder. I told him this and he got every single knot out and put me to sleep a few times! I even signed up for a membership afterwards and will be going back next month if not sooner!!!

I've received many facials and massages from many places in my life (though none that are also local), and Hand & Stone is by far my favorite. I'm a teacher so while this is much needed, I also wouldn't be spending my money if I didn't really love it. I've never had major issues not getting appointment - news flash: they're booked because they're popular! They've never been rude to me about finding another time or making sure my experience at the spa is what I want. I've also had many different estheticians and massage therapists who have all been wonderful :) This spa has cultivated a top-notch group of employees who listen to exactly what I want and need while I'm there.

i have been going to H&S for a few years and have been very pleased overall. I was a bit surprised at the bad reviews regarding their attitude as i have found them to be very pleasant and helpful. there are a few things that bug me like the fact that it cost $10 extra to allow someone to use my membership. But overall i like the ambiance, the staff, and the services they offer.
