I am on STD, therefore I asked if they even fill out STD paperwork. The people at the front desk said yes. So i began seeing multiple therapists, sadly at this facility. MY STD specialist conatced them and after a month they informed her they do not fill out STD paperwork. It depends on if the “Doctor” aka psychiatrist wants to. The front desk associates are trash as well. They will ignore you and lie. However, at this facility lying is normal. Edit: with all the issues I was having I did find a perfect therapist and psychiatrist. Group therapy is great as well.

I have a extremely competent and understanding physician at DAYMARK. However, yesterday I had an uncalled for experience with the girl who answered the phone. I needed to leave a message for the doctor’s nurse. This receptionist refused to cooperate in any way. Today is Friday and I’ll be running out of medication in a few hours. If I can’t leave a message for the nurse, the weekend will be ??? This is the only time I have ever complained about DAYMARK.

Daymark has been a blessing! My son is doing so much better thanks to the wonderful doctor's and staff at Daymark. I recommend them as a A+ facility for caring and taking the time to find the medicine that works best for there patients. Thank you so much Daymark for helping my son live the best life that he can.
